She is a Certified Career Analyst and an Expert Career Counsellor with 100% Satisfaction Ratio of the counselled candidates. She has guided more than 400 students individually and addressed more than 1000 students for figuring out the best career paths. She is also a Certified Life Coach, and mentors young professionals in developing positive perceptions, and helps in holistic personality development of individuals. She is NLP trained counsellor and practitioner.
She is the principal at Laurens International School, Batala and also the resource person of CBSE council. She has done M.Phil in Education Psychology and is a perfect example that learning never stops. She is pursuing her PhD in the same. She has conducted 1000+ trainings and is awarded by the Prime Minister for her excellent contribution in the field of education. Her management skills are unmatchable. She is a TED trainer, parenting educator and a life coach.

Ms. Harmeet Kaur Waraich is a highly respected educationist with 30+ years of teaching and 20+ years of administrative experience in CBSE schools. She currently serves as the Principal of Nankana Sahib Public School, Ludhiana, and holds key roles such as CBSE City Coordinator for Ludhiana and Special Invitee Member to the Punjab School Board Academic Council.She is a CBSE Master Trainer, having trained over 500 principals and 3000+ teachers across India in areas like classroom management, lesson planning, and stress-free education. VRIKSH BE THE CHANGE is a TRUST started in 2013 at Manpur Patwatoli (The Village of IITians) situated in Gaya District of Bihar. Since, Education is the most powerful catalyst for social transformation, under initiative VRIKSH PATHSHALA, currently we are supporting around 500 primary school going students to get quality education and under initiative STEP-UP FOR IIT-JEE/NEET, we are supporting around 40 IIT-JEE & NEET aspirants every year. By our dedicated initiative Patwatoli Village is now known as “The Village Of IITians”. Since Bihar is in the bottom list of literacy rate but due to our initiative the literacy rate of Patwatoli locality id around 98%.
